Antiaggression systems - Theft

The anti-aggression and helpline service is a service of fast and easy structure that all our systems can support and manage. It contains in the same technical modality of operation two objectives, which are addressed to two different recipients.

The anti-aggression or anti-theft service of E-engineering is aimed at those whose problem is the prevention of attacks by third in private residences or the prevention of robberies in high-risk businesses (jewelers, tobacconists). Once that the customer has sent the report to the Operations Centre, operators shall send immediately a patrol Emergency Services assisted by a platoon of Police (State Police or Police). In case of an established event, the police have responsibility to take charge of the situation, to surround the area of the event, and take action to protect the safety of our customers.

The helpline service of E-engineering works in the same technical modalities of anti-aggression and anti-theft system, but has the distinction of being aimed at clients, who ask an immediate assistance and help in case of illness and medical problems in residential field. It can happen to anyone of being a victim of a sudden illness or a domestic accident and often the difficulty is the inability to ask for help to rescue facilities with the telephone channel. The service aims to solve this problem, by means of a transmitterconnected to our two-way radio bridge.

The client who needs assistance, must simply press the button on the radiocontrol that will always have with him, and instantly the helpline will receive the signal by sending medical relief in the shortest possible time.
